New funding opportunity gained for Richmond students to study and work abroad

Good news, Richmond has been successful in its Turing Scheme application.
The Turing Scheme is the UK’s global programme to study and work abroad. It was named in honour of the renowned scientist Alan Turing, a pioneering and iconic British mathematician and computer scientist who excelled academically and studied abroad at Princeton University. This scheme provide opportunities for future generations of students, from all backgrounds, to study and work abroad across the globe.
Cecile Loyen, Head of Careers and Internships at Richmond said, “We’re delighted to have been successful in our application for the Turing Scheme which will enable our students to apply for funding to support their global mobility projects like studying with one of our partner universities or doing an internship abroad. Gaining funding will open up more opportunities for students from all backgrounds to develop new skills, gain vital international experience and boost their employability.”
