Richmond American University London at the UK Annual PRME Conference

Richmond University strengthened its leadership in responsible management education and corporate sustainability at the UK Annual PRME Conference, held at the University of Bath on 24–25 June 2026.

The conference brought together academics, business leaders, and sustainability practitioners from across the UK to share best practice in embedding the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and responsible management principles into higher education, research, and industry partnerships.

Representing Richmond University, Inma Ramos, Director of the Institute of Corporate Sustainability, attended the conference in her capacity as the University’s PRME Lead and as one of two co-leads of the PRME London and South East Chapter. Her participation reflected Richmond’s active role in shaping regional and national conversations around responsible management education and corporate sustainability.

As part of the conference programme, Inma presented the achievements of the London and South East Local Network, highlighting the network’s programme of eight events co-led by Richmond University over the past academic year.

Richmond University’s continued involvement as a network co-lead reflects its broader commitment to responsible management education and its role in connecting London-based institutions around shared sustainability goals. The eight events delivered under this co-leadership covered topics including climate training, RME, VR enhancing responsible education, bringing together voices from across the corporate and academic sectors.

Richmond University will continue its work as co-lead of the network in the coming year, with further events planned for the new academic year.
