How to Accept your Offer of Admission
Once you have been admitted as a student to Richmond, you must confirm your place by submitting an Offer Acceptance Form.
USD fee payers must then pay their $500 deposit (refundable). Instructions on how to submit your deposit will be provided once we process your Offer Acceptance Form. Please allow approximately 2-3 days for us to process.
Deposits will be accepted on a space available basis.

Making Payments
There are 3 methods to make a payment to the University, Online, Bank Transfer and Cheque. We recommend using the fast and easy to use Online payment system but we understand that a Bank Transfer is more convenient to our International students.

ID Photo
Richmond University requires a passport style photo of all new students in order to process their ID cards. Your photos must show a close-up of your full head and shoulders. It must be only of you with no other objects or people, facing forward and looking straight at the camera. The photo must meet our standards or your photo will be rejected and you will be required to resubmit a new image.

Once your photos are ready, please save them as a JPG file with your full name and send them to admissions@richmond.ac.uk

Visa advisory services for students living in the USA
