Tulane Spring Scholars, in partnership with Tulane University

Richmond Hill CampusA global, vibrant and diverse city that is home to Shakespeare and Harry Potter, studying at Richmond with students from over 100 nations means that you will be located in one of the most prestigious and safest parts of London: Richmond upon Thames. All of London, with its museums, galleries, theatres, clubs and pubs, is easily accessible.

Richmond University is pleased to be able to offer a Tulane-approved option at our beautiful Richmond Hill campus for students who have been accepted by Tulane as Spring Scholars.

Tulane Spring Scholars may apply, therefore, for admission to Richmond for the Fall semester and study on courses for which pre-approved academic credit will automatically transfer to Tulane and count towards their Tulane degree (pending successful completion of these courses).

Students residing at the Hill can choose from a variety of rooms from traditional US style shared rooms to single occupancy.

Student accommodation is located in the impressive Main Building and also in the surrounding buildings on or near the Richmond Hill Campus.

Our Room & Board fees include 18 meals per week (3 meals per day Monday – Friday, and 2 brunches & 1 dinner at the weekend).

Fall 2020 Tuition Fees

Tuition confirmation deposit for USD fee payers only – $500*

*Once you have confirmed your place on the blended option for learning for Fall 2020, this deposit is non-refundable as administration costs will be incurred by the University. The deposit for visiting students will be refundable if it is paid prior to an announcement being made by Richmond on our blending learning option for Fall 2020, or in the event that no on-campus teaching can take place at all in Fall 2020.

Terms and Conditions: The Richmond Atlantic scholarship is only applicable to approved Visiting Student partners, any visiting student who elects to remain at Richmond and becomes degree seeking will lose this award but become eligible for existing scholarships.

How to apply
Applying to Richmond for the Tulane Spring Scholars programme in London is easy.

Simply fill out the Direct Online Application form.

Once you have submitted the application form to Richmond, we will liaise with Tulane on your application. Tulane will share application data with Richmond, including:

  • Transcript(s)
  • Personal statement/essay
  • At least one recommendation from a teacher or counselor

You can usually expect an admissions decision from Richmond within 1 week of Richmond’s receipt of your application.
