WOMEN: ART: WORK student zine launch

Author: Richmond American University London

IVAC is delighted to have sponsored the launch of the magazine WOMEN: ART: WORK published by students on the Working in the Art World course, this spring.

This cutting-edge magazine, launched at a lively reception on 17 April, focuses on the important work of several women in today’s art world. There are interviews with artists such as Maayke Schuitema, as well as curators such as Aindrea Emelife, and auctioneer Benedetta Pedrana. There are also profile pieces, reviews and a guide to ‘Female Artists to watch in 2019’.

WOMEN: ART: WORK is a must read for anyone interested in the art world today.

Congratulations to the student team and Assistant Professor Aislinn White for supervising the project.

Participating students:

Molly Brown
Carley Bucknell
Rhiannon Dexter-Deliz
Rose Evelyn
Alice Pacheco
Kamillah Pascua
Chandani Sarna
Matilde Tariello
