Students pitch their business ideas to eminent panel of judges

Great to see some really innovative business ideas presented recently by students for ‘The Pitch’ as part of a day-long event organised by Matrix – the Entrepreneurship Platform of Richmond American University London.

Led by Hamad Khan, Programme Director of Business Management, Matrix is available as a service to provide students with help and advice in establishing a start-up business.

The competition, was open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students, with the jury consisting of founders and experienced industry professionals, including one of our alumni, Pedram Parhizkari, co-founder and co-CEO, a London-based fintech that offers financial literacy and investment intelligence.

Second Prize – Rachelle Urbaniak and Lily Ryan – Stress Tracker – an app and a bracelet to track and analyse your body functions

Third Prize – Shubham Dholakia and Shukan Dolakhia – Track Fin Solutions – an app to tailor commercial loan solutions

Big thanks to our judges for their participation and many congratulations to all of our students who took part!
