Richmond Joins Prospects Hedd Degree Verification Service  

Richmond has become the 85th institution to join Prospects Hedd, the UK’s official degree verification service, bringing a valuable new benefit to its graduates as they move forward into employment and further study. 

Hedd offers a centralised system for degree verification that connects employers, agencies, universities, embassies and councils, allowing authorised parties to confirm a candidate’s name, qualification type, course name, year of award, classification obtained and dates of attendance. For Richmond graduates, this means that employers, recruitment agencies, and embassies can now verify their degrees quickly and directly through a single, trusted platform.  

Graduates continuing into postgraduate study will also benefit from Hedd’s free institution-to-institution verification service, making onward academic transitions smoother and more efficient. 

Hedd holds details of 471 UK institutions and is used by many of the UK’s leading universities, providing a well-established and widely recognised standard of verification.
