Gender Pay Gap Report
It is a Government requirement that employers with 250 or more employees publish an annual gender pay gap report. Richmond, The American International University in London UK (Richmond University) employed a total of 255 employees as at 5 April 2020 and this report complies with that requirement. The following is the report for the snapshot date of 5 April 2020. Of the 255 employees, 42.4% were male and 57.6% were female.

- The median gender pay gap for Richmond University is 19.1%.
