Hello everyone!
Recently us Americans celebrated Thanksgiving. This is normally a time when we would get together with family, but in the Covid era this is largely not possible. No less, many of us have still cooked at home with those closest to us, friends and family alike! While this is a chance to reflect on our country’s past, many of us today use this time to think about what we are most thankful for. Personally, I can appreciate the amazing vegan dinner I had.
