Our resident expert in ‘Bondology’, Dr Martin D Brown, Professor of International History at Richmond American University London, has recently taken part in a podcast with the US Army War College.
The podcast which can be found here, explores the impact James Bond has had on the entertainment world, the culture war, and the very real worlds of espionage and diplomacy.
Martin Brown and Ron Granieri are guests in the studio to discuss their new book, The Bondian Cold War: The Transnational Legacy of a Cultural Icon, a volume of essays that examine the ‘Bondiverse’.
Dr Brown’s ‘Bondology’ course will be featured as part of our Summer School A course schedule, looking at the tension between the real and the fictional perspectives of Cold War culture.
