Hi Richmond!
My name is Gwen Patterson, and I am a new Digital Student Ambassador at our university! I am a 4th year Computer Science major who does a little bit of everything here at Richmond, American University London! I am from a small town in Iowa (which is already a small state), so the livelihood of the city has captivated me from day one. I can’t wait to share my final year of university with you, and have you join me as I continue to explore London and everything within!
I am the definition of a busy body. I thrive on juggling my schedules and being involved in my community. I run both the gaming society and the book club, which keep me connected to my hobbies while engaging socially with others at the university who have similar interests. I also do many other things at the university to keep my calendar full, but that may be a little too long to list!
I am so very excited to be a digital ambassador for my final year at Richmond! From senior projects to weekly club events, there is always a ton of things going on at Richmond, and showcasing what the students do at this university is my goal! I love interacting with the community and being a part of it, and I am so excited to bring light to everything that we do here!
My love for reading and writing mixed with my knowledge in content creation and technology makes this role the perfect match for me! I already have so many ideas for what I do next!
