You’re invited to the second event to be held at Richmond with guest speaker, Ashley Harshak, on Wednesday 6 December, classroom 6/7.
Ashley will talk about his thesis findings and share some practical experiences on, ‘How to make culture change real’. Ashley is a Partner in PA Consulting’s People & Change capability, with a focus on culture, leadership, and organisational transformation.
The clients Ashley has worked with on these topics include: Lloyds Banking Group, Rolls-Royce, the NHS, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and National Crime Agency.
