It’s Midterms this week and to help students through the exam period, Monica De Freitas, our Student Health & Wellbeing Officer, is handing out healthy snacks to students today.
“There are lots of different ways to stay on top of exam stress, it’s about finding what works for you”, says Monica.
“Taking regular naps, cooking for yourself, practising mindfulness, getting enough exercise – these are some suggestions but all you can do is focus on what motivates you, what gets you going and how you work best.
