Author: Richmond American University London
Recently, Inma Ramos, Director of the Institute for corporate Sustainability (ICS) at Richmond, participated in a Christmas Fair hosted by Natwest, where women-led businesses could showcase their products.
As part of reducing inequalities (Sustainability Development Goal 10), Buy Women Built shines a light on brands run by women that share sustainability ethos as well as other shared business values. They partnered with Natwest to build a showcase where visitors could interact and network with these businesses.
Inma Ramos commented, “The work done by women entrepreneurs associated with Buy Women Built is exceptional, building ethical and sustainable businesses that are a great testimony to the power of small businesses. Their struggles and successes under a common platform acknowledge and celebrates business initiatives created by women.”
