Richmond Academic co-authors study presented at top European organisational conference

Earlier this month, Dr Theano Lianidou, Associate Dean at Richmond, and Prof Nazli Wasti of the Middle East Technical University in Türkiye, presented at the 41st European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) Colloquium in Athens, Greece.
Their paper was titled “Understanding women on boards through their EDI narratives”. In this paper, Nazli Wasti and Theano Lianidou interpret narratives of women on boards to explore their attitudes and lived experiences with regard to diversity, equity and inclusion (EDI). The paper was presented in the subtheme “EDI in Difficult Times – Organizing Solidarity beyond Opposition and Resistance.”
