Today it’s RPA!
Richmond Psychology Association (RPA) is passionate about supporting students like YOU by working to complement students’ academic journeys, as well as support their mental health by advocating for a university-wide culture of wellbeing.
RPA host events including talks by experts in different areas within Psychology, career development workshops, dog therapy, suicide prevention, kindness campaigns, yoga, Virgin Active day passes, mental health awareness, and exam stress management.
This year, the team at RPA are working hard to build a culture of wellbeing for the Richmond Community. This involves implementing a long-term, sustainable and university-wide action plan which prioritizes student mental health and wellbeing.
Furthermore, the RPA team has recognized the mental burden which COVID has had on all of us these past few months and have social events such as weekly coffee mornings in the works!
