Located on the grounds of the main campus at Richmond Hill, a stone’s throw away from the main building, this three-storey house comes with ‘dabs of character’. Ideal if you prefer not to live in the main building but would like the convenience of being very close to the lecture theatres and everything else the campus offers.
Red House has classrooms and this is also where you’ll find the School Councillor Office, yet it still manages to offer a ‘homely’, small community feel, with only 11 students living here at any one time. Red House has 7 rooms which are generously sized and are usually allocated to females only.
Each room benefits from having a personal safe. Linen is provided and rooms are cleaned once per week (upon request). Toilets and showers are shared.
Red House benefits from key card access and security patrols and CCTV cameras ensure this residence is secured safely. As part of your accommodation, you will have catering, which includes meal plans, and being so close to the main building, all of the facilities being offered there also.
