Montford House – Richmond University

Montford House

Montford House

Montford HouseMontford House is just a three minute walk from the main building and next door to Parkview House. The property has been split into flats, or apartments, with access at either side of the building. It’s ideal if you want to enjoy being part of a smaller community and share a place with just a handful of other students, rather than share with the whole building.

Montford House accommodates a total of 38 students, with 4-5 students living in each flat. Each flat has it’s own communal kitchen, eating area and shower room. This is also the only accommodation that is self-catering, but you can choose the university meal plan for an additional fee. Linen is provided at Montford. You can also have your room cleaned once a week (upon request).

Like all of our residences, Montford House benefits from security patrols and CCTV, ensuring it’s secured safely. It also benefits from having a fire alarm system linked to the main building for increased safety. Telephones are are also available at this property, so it’s easy to stay in touch with friends and family if you miss them.
