‘Socialism: No Man is an Island’ talk given by Dr Rafal Soborski in Madrid

Professor of International Politics at Richmond, Dr Rafal Soborski, gave an invited talk entitled, ‘Socialism: No Man Is an Island’, at the American University in Madrid on 24 October.

The talk traced the development of socialist ideology from its roots in the French Revolution to the post-credit crunch protest movements, with special focus on Southern Europe. The talk was given to the faculty and students in the, ‘Clashes & Alliances of Mediterranean Civilisations’ programme.
