So you want to work in Theatre and Performance?

Wednesday 21st March saw a very well attended and stimulating Theatre & Performance Career’s Night at Richmond’s Kensington campus. A panel of four Arts industry professionals including actors, directors, and script/screen writers spoke about their career pathways including challenges they faced and the importance of developing relationships, advised on post graduate study, employability in the creative arts industry, answered questions, and provided a lively and memorable evening, including a star performance from SCOUT!

Sponsored by the School of Liberal Arts and designed and organised by the Theatre and Performance faculty, the event attracted students from not only the Theatre & Performance programme but also Film Studies and Communications’ Media programmes.

Watch this space for the next careers evening in the new semester of Fall 2018 with different professionals like editors, film curators, dramaturgs and actors agents.
