Would you like to enter a cooking competition and help save food waste at the same time?
Then why not take part in the @lovestudentleftovers Instagram cooking competition, which is open to students from across the South East and London region, and invites students to submit a video recipe entry demonstrating the creative re-purposing of leftover food before 14 February 2023.
The project is sponsored by the UK and Ireland Chapter of the United Nations initiative ‘Principles of Responsible Management Education’ or PRME, the University is a member of this initiative. The competition winners will be announced at a panel discussion and research event on 22 February 2023 which forms part of the University Fair Trade and Sustainable Food week ,with £300 prize money on offer for winning entries.
