Richmond, The American International University in London, was delighted to welcome this week a senior level team of delegates from California State University – Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). The CSUDH delegates included:

  • President Thomas A. Parham & Mrs Davida Hopkins-Parham
  • David Gamboa, Associate Vice President of Government Relations
  • Hamoud Salhi, Associate Dean, International Education & Senior International Office

The delegates met with Richmond President and Vice Chancellor, Professor Lawrence Abeln, to discuss the creation of potential joint programmes at the postgraduate and undergraduate level.

Richmond President and Vice Chancellor, Professor Lawrence Abeln, said: “We are thrilled to have welcomed California State University – from the heart of Los Angeles.  As an organisation which is dedicated to engagement, service, and the public good, California State University’s ethos bears many similarities with our own social mission at Richmond, and these parallels will help us both enrich the lives of students.”

The University will hopefully become one of Richmond’s partner organisations, alongside many others, giving students opportunities to study on a global scale.
