How to Accept your Offer of Admission
Once a student has been admitted to Richmond, they must confirm their place by submitting the applicable Offer Acceptance Form by the following priority deadlines*:
- Fall (September) entry: May 1
- Spring (January) entry*: December 1
*MBA Only
Please submit the following forms to accept your offer:
- Terms and Conditions of Offer
- Offer Acceptance Form (as above)
- New Student Medical Form
- CAS Request Form
- ID Photo (see below)
- Third Party Information Form
- Request Special Arrangements for Disabilities (only if required)
ID Photo
Richmond University requires a passport style photo of all new students in order to process their ID cards. Your photos must show a close-up of your full head and shoulders. It must be only of you with no other objects or people, facing forward and looking straight at the camera. The photo must meet our standards or your photo will be rejected and you will be required to resubmit a new image.

Once your photos are ready, please save them as a JPG file with your full name and send them to admissions@richmond.ac.uk.
