Rafal Soborski’s essay about the politics of COVID-19 published by global-e

Rafal Soborski, Professor of International Politics at Richmond, has just published an essay in global-e journal hosted by the 21st Century Global Dynamics Initiative at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

In the essay, Dr Soborski comments:

“To understand what is the best way of facing up to COVID-19 it is vital to concentrate on the impact of neoliberalism. The current crisis exposes the neoliberal system’s reckless and oppressive nature. Hopefully it will also provide an opportunity for a collective reconsideration of our values and priorities.”
