Korean culinary tasting experience in joint workshop with Enjoy-Work

,

Visitors to our campus at Chiswick Park this week experienced a fantastic workshop thanks to our friends at the London Sejong Institute.

It was the first event to be organised by the University together with Chiswick Park management company, Enjoy-Work.

The event was led by Dr Edward GS Jeoung, a renowned food columnist, trend analyst and owner of several Korean restaurants including Kimchimama and Yoshisushi.

The visitors, from other organisations on Chiswick Park, attended a workshop focused on Bibimbap, a delicious combination of rice, meat and vegetables.  Dr Jeoung gave an introduction to Korean food, and the attendees were also given the opportunity to make Bibimbap with all ingredients provided by the London Sejong Institute.

After the workshop, the attendees were joined by students and staff from the University who also enjoyed the delicious food.

Thank you to the London Sejong Institute and Enjoy-Work for making this event happen!
