Richmond in Rome

Richmond in Rome provides the perfect opportunity to study in a city with unmatched historical and artistic past as well as leadership in contemporary international politics, fashion and the arts. The Rome Study Centre is located in the very heart of the city, a few steps away from Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.

Why study in Rome?

  • Semester, Academic Year, J-Term and Summer Sessions are available to students who may earn from 3 up to 18 academic credits.
  • Students study the Italian language and choose from a variety of other courses, taught in English, including:
    • Art, Business, Cinema, Fashion, History, International Relations Management Politics Religion, Sociology Psychology
  • A variety of cultural activities and social events including faculty led weekend excursions to Venice, Florence, Milan, Sorrento & Pompeii, Krakow and Palermo

Richmond in Florence

Students enrolled at Richmond have the opportunity to spend one semester, their freshman year, or a summer in Florence. Known as the “Cradle of the Renaissance” for its artistic, cultural and historic richness, Florence is the ideal place to immerse in Italian culture.
