Dr Verónica Rodríguez is Adjunct Associate Professor at Richmond University, London at the Faculty of Liberal Arts, where she teaches courses including Modern Drama and World Theatre. She specialises in the area of contemporary theatre. Her book, David Greig’s Holed Theatre: Globalization, Ethics and the Spectator was published by Palgrave Macmillan in March 2019.
Verónica is member of the research project “British Theatre in the Twenty-First Century: Crisis, Affect, Community” funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and by FEDER (European Union). Her play Bi was commissioned by the Royal Court Theatre (‘Listen Local’ project) and presented in London in September 2019 at the Waltham Forest London Borough of Culture 2019.
