Noga Glucksam is an academic researcher and lecturer in international relations and political sociology, specializing in political, sociological and international-legal and security aspects of post-conflict transitions. Ms. Glucksam received her PhD in 2016 from SOAS, London. Her dissertation examined the social and political contestations of concepts related to transitional justice in Liberia and Uganda, focusing on the three critical elements of truth-telling, accountability and reconciliation. Noga’s work combines sophisticated social-theoretical analysis with a historical and comparative politics methodological approach. She currently teaches courses in international law, human rights, International Relations, International Security, Politics in Africa and more.
