Dr Jessica Wang : Assistant Professor of Finance and Accounting
Jessica teaches courses in finance in the undergraduate and master’s programs. Before joining Richmond in 2015, Jessica worked as an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia and taught corporate finance, investment and financial modelling.
Jessica’s primary research interests lie in behavioural finance and market imperfections, with present focus on investor attention and sentiment. During the past three years, she has been working on investors decision-making mechanisms in determining asset prices and market performances.
Jessica holds a BBA degree with First-class Honors in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting and Finance, a BA degree with First-class Honors in English, and an MSc with Honors in International Accounting and Financial Management. She is a reviewer for Studies in Communication Sciences (Elsevier).
