After you "click here*" you will be taken to "Student
Withdraw Form" where you will register your details.
On the next page, when you click "Register" a password
will automatically be sent to your Richmond email account that you
entered on the "Student Withdraw Form" registration page.
Enter this password along with your student ID number
(F123456) on the "Log On Page" to finish the form and
submit it successfully.
After you click "Complete" the Form will be processed,
your student file closed, and any refunds due will be processed
by Accounts.
Refunds generally take approximately three weeks after the student
has left Richmond.
STUDENT EMPLOYMENT AT RICHMOND:
Please note that if you hold a student employment contract issued by the University, by signing and dating this form, you will be submitting your formal resignation as a student employee at Richmond, The American International University in London which will be effective from the date you cease to be a registered undergraduate student at the University. This satisfies the requirement in clause 10.1 of your contract of employment to give one week’s written notice to terminate your employment.
