Common situations of difficulty, such as application problems, printing problems, etc., can often be resolved by Restarting (Shut down and power up) the machine in order to refresh the system. (Remember to save any open files before restarting.)
When printing a document, always check to which printer the document is being sent—there are now two printers in most computer labs. Check that the paper size is

Regularly clean out your deleted items folder, as well as your sent items folder, within Outlook. This will prevent you from running over your mailbox limit.
Regularly clean out your H: drive of old documents which you do not need any more. Your History and your Cookies (in Internet Explorer Options menu) can also be cleared out to ensure that your account does not also exceed its size limit. |
