Admissions Office prepares for Clearing

Richmond, the American International University in London, holds a number of positions for those students participating in UCAS Clearing. The UCAS service helps those students without a university find vacancies in higher education institutions. Although Richmond is an American university, we work closely with UCAS to bring qualified students to Richmond to continue their education.

Richmond, the American International University in London, offers a unique American-style liberal arts education to students from over 100 countries. Richmond aims to educate students from the global perspective by integrating multiculturalism and international relations at all levels of academics and student life. Richmond prepares graduates for future opportunities that span the globe. With faculty from over 40 countries, a Richmond education goes beyond classroom walls to bring about an engaging quality learning experience. Additionally, Richmond graduates benefit from a dually accredited degree, qualifying for both an American BA or BS degree and a UK BA (Hon) or BSc (Hon) degree upon graduation.

Because Richmond is a private institution, a different fee structure exists from British institutions. Tuition for all students, including students from the UK and other EU countries, is £12,500 per year and accommodation with food is an additional £6,500 per year. Scholarships are based on academic merit and priority is given to students who apply before 1 March. Very limited funding remains for the academic year 2006-07; however, consideration will be given to those students with strong academic records.

Richmond currently has places available in the following programs: Art, Design and Media, Communications, Computer Engineering, Computing Information Systems, Economics, Finance, History, International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.
