Trip to Venice Biennale

MA Art History and Visual Culture students will be visiting the Venice Biennale over the Fall Break. The Biennale is a must-see event in this year's art calendar. Students will be led by Associate Professor Charlotte Bonham-Carter (MA Contemporary Curating, Royal College of Art). Charlotte joined Richmond this month, having held curatorial positions at the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin, Barbican Art Gallery, London and the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London.

Sunday 23 Oct
National Pavilions in the Giardini (Venice Biennale)

Monday 24 Oct
Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Francois Pinault Foundation (Palazzo Grassi), Fondazione Prada

Tuesday 25 Oct
Arsenale (Venice Biennale), offsite pavilions (Mexico, Scotland etc.)

Wednesday 26 Oct
Redentore, San Giorgio Maggiore churches and off-site projects (The Future of a Promise, Fondazione Bevillaqua la Masa, Museo Correr)
