The 2011 winner of the Robert Brennan Memorial Scholarship is, Richmond’s current student, Syeda Zahra Husaini of Pakistan. Zahra is majoring in Communications with minors in Sociology and Art, Design and Media, graduating in 2012. This years’ pool of applicants was very strong, each applicant deserving of their position amongst the final candidates. Zahra stood out as a student who is well respected amongst the faculty, academic staff and student body.

We congratulate Zahra, on joining the Honors Roll of the Robert Brennan Memorial Scholarship, as the third successful candidate to be awarded the scholarship since its inception.

The Robert Brennan Memorial Scholarship is named in honor of long time trustee and former chairman of the Richmond Board of Trustees, Robert Brennan. The scholarship covers all tuition costs for the duration of the student's studies at Richmond.
