Dean of Academic Affairs and Registrar

The University is pleased to announce that we have recently appointed Dr M. Clare Loughlin-Chow as Dean of Academic Affairs and Registrar following the retirement of Dr Eric Nummela. Dr Loughlin-Chow took her first degree at the University of Toronto, and obtained her masters degree and doctorate in English Literature from Oxford University. She spent three years working as research editor for literature on the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography and five years managing Worcester College’s study abroad programme. More recently she has acted as Director of Florida State University’s London Study Centre. Although she will be very busy with her administrative duties for Richmond, she remains keenly interested in all aspects of Victorian literature and culture
