Richmond Welcomes Leading Economist Dr Abbas Valadkhani

The Department of Business & Economics is delighted to welcome Dr Abbas Valadkhani during the week of June 22, 2009. Dr Valadkhani is visiting from Wollongong University in Australia and whilst in London will meet the department's economists and engage with them in round-table discussions on the role of research to teaching. Dr Valadkhani is an applied macroeconomist and econometrician and his work has appeared in a number of prestiguous journals in Australia and elsewhere. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the Briefing Notes in Economics, based at Richmond Briefing Notes in Economics.
