Richmond Victorious at Oxford Model United Nations Conference

Last weekend 11 delegates from Richmond's Model UN Club travelled to Oxford to partake in one of the biggest university-level MUN conferences of the year. Richmond usually does well at these conferences, and this past weekend was no exception. Mark Sleboda and Andy Terrell both went home with Outstanding Delegates Awards, and Jackie Feldman and Claire Helfrich received honorary mention for their dedication and diplomacy.

The rest of Richmond's delegation also served as excellent representatives of their assigned countries. Our school was to represent Kenya and Greece across a variety of committees as well as the University. The Richmond students who took part in the conference were: Tom Rusconi, Jackie Feldman, Andy Terrell, Claire Helfrich, Mark Sleboda, Teodora Boarta, Dani Blagoeva, Georgieva Borislava, Leah Bilby, Morgan Potts, and Gillian Murphy.
