Dr. James D. Boys appears on BBC News

The Director of the new MA in International Relations was called upon for comment this weekend by the BBC in its coverage of the historical health care legislation in the United States. Dr. James D. Boys took time from his busy schedule to appear as a guest on the BBC News Chanel where he offered his own take on evens and the political ramifications of this weekend's historic vote in the House of Representatives. Taking questions from veteran newscaster Nicholas Owen, Dr. Boys reminded viewers of the political and philosophical aspects to the debate and of the historic efforts that had been initiated previously to pass similar reform packages.

The BBC News Chanel is the UK's most viewed news channel and is available to a global audience through the BBC World Network as well as on line, meaning that the Richmond brand was once again taken to a potential world-wide market this weekend.
