Richmond Hosts Canadian IBSO Executive Leadership

Canadian Alumna & Richmond Admissions Officer, Susan Evans hosted Ontario’s International Baccalaureate Executive Leaders in Toronto, Canada Monday, October 23rd. The evening was a marked opportunity for Richmond recruitment efforts as the university continues to build a presence throughout secondary schools in the region. IBSO represents IB leadership throughout Ontario, Canada and serves to support the development of the curriculum in over 40 schools throughout the province. IBSO leadership is enthusiastic for the opportunities Richmond offers IB achievers and has extended an invitation for Richmond to attend the 2008 annual IBSO forum to present Richmond programs and opportunities to the forty provincial IB schools and leaders who participate. Ms. Evans is currently on an extended recruitment tour visiting secondary schools throughout the Alberta and Ontario provinces.
International Baccalaureate Organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programs of international education and rigorous assessment. In support of IB aims Richmond enrolls a host of exceptional IB students from around the world each year.
