Richmond Green Project Leads the Way in Cleaning the Wandle River
02/02/2012

Last year the River Wandle was named as one of the 10 most improved rivers in the country. Now trout are spawning!
Over the years Dr. Wayne Clark has taken about 200 Richmond students to river clean-up events and the improved quality of this river is in no small way due to their efforts. The proof is in the pudding as they say.
A very big thank you to all who have dedicated a few hours of their time on a Sunday, sometimes in the cold and the wet, to making a difference.
