Chancellor of Richmond, Sir Cyril Taylor was recently honored by Mr. Stephen R. Reed the Honorable Mayor of Harrisburg Pennsylvania, USA. Sir Cyril was awarded the Lifetime Honorary Citizenship in The City of Harrisburg, for his exceptional and longstanding career of engagement in matters of high purpose and civic pursuit. The city has adopted many of Sir Cyril Taylor's ideas on education while reforming their public school system.
