MA Art History trip to Istanbul, Fall Break

The MA Art History students were taken to Istanbul for the Fall break by Dr Robert J. Wallis Professor of Visual Culture and Director of the MA in Art History, and Dr Alex Seago, Professor of Cultural Studies and Chair of the Department of Humanities, Social Sciences and Communications. The students visited important art museums including Istanbul Modern, local galleries, and such major tourist sites as the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The group also visited Bahcesehir University where they were hosted by the Department of Communications, and a Richmond University reunion was held at the 5th Floor restaurant in Chihangir.
