London International Model UN (LIMUN) session, representing Micronesia, Saudi Arabia and Estonia

'Over the weekend of 16-18 February, 14 students from Richmond University partook in the London International Model UN (LIMUN) session, representing Micronesia, Saudi Arabia and Estonia. Some of the topics the students debated over the weekend were the situation of Human Rights in Zimbabwe, the use of cluster bombs, human research trials in developing countries and how states who share common water resources are to share them.

Students were able to experience first-hand how parliamentary debate functions, with its advantages and disadvantages, in addition to social events on both Friday and Saturday, which let them meet students with similar from all over the UK and Europe.'
