Kopenski to Chair American Colleges Oversea Organization

Richmond Dean to Lead ACO

Richmond's own Mark S. Kopenski, Vice President and Dean of Enrollment has been selected as the new chair of the American Colleges Overseas Organization at the annual joint conference of the European Council of International Schools (ECIS) and the Council of International Schools (CIS) on November 18th in Nice, France. Kopenski has been selected for a one year term and will represent the ACO at international conferences and events including the National Association of College Admissions Counselling (NACAC), ECIS and CIS. Dean Kopenski will also overseas ACO membership, public relations and marketing, joint recruitment programs, the annual ACO meeting and the ACO web site. "I am very excited to be leading the ACO as it will allow for Richmond to have even greater exposure among the international secondary schools around the world" said Kopenski in Nice this past week.
