Indian Crafts Bazaar in Trafalgar Square Organised by Alumnus

Jaideep Venugopal, 1991, and his company TIC-India, together with the Office of the Mayor of London and the Prince’s Youth Business Trust, organized to bring to London arts and crafts from various areas of India for the public to enjoy and to purchase. The Dilli Haat or Indian Crafts Bazaar took place in Trafalgar Square on the hot and sunny weekend of 18 and 19 June, 2005.

Jaideep’s company, TIC-India, is an integrated marketing services group that provides turnkey marketing solutions with an interactive and consistent approach to all marketing activities. They sourced, priced, transported and displayed the crafts in Trafalgar Square and brought a little bit of India (weather included) to London on a summer weekend.
