History, International Relations and Politics Society Tours Foreign Office
On the 15th of September, Dr. Martin Brown led a group of students from Richmond’s History, International Relations, and Political Society on a tour of the Foreign Office, located in Whitehall. This event provided students with a unique perspective into the world in which British Foreign Policy is made. The inside was an interesting mix of Greco-roman symbolism with a modern twist, which embodies the age of British Supremacy and Imperialism. Such images are the topic of one of Dr. Brown’s Classes this semester, Pictures of Power: History, Images, and Propaganda.
This Event was sponsored by the History, International Relations, and Politics Society.
