Happy Earth Day from the Green Project

On Wednesday, April 22nd Richmond University’s Club of the Year, The Green Project, celebrated Earth Day by planting a tree in the front lawn of the Hill Campus.

Club chair Vasi Papadopoulos said a few words along with fellow club members Brendan Pastor, Mahelet Mekonnen and advisor Dr. Wayne Clark.

The four club representatives then proceeded to shovel the remaining dirt around the tree for everyone to enjoy for years to come.

A big thank you goes out to Mark Boulle for ordering and preparing the tree to be planted, and to the members of staff who attended the tree planting ceremony.
