Guest Speaker from National Archives to Visit Richmond

Immigration and Migration Sources in the National Archives
Mark Pearsall of the Advice and Records Knowledge Department and author, will be speaking at Richmond this month on immigration and migration sources in the National Archives, which is located in nearby Kew. He will also discuss the National Archive’s award winning website, Moving Here, which focuses on migration and identity.
All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend this exciting event sponsored by the Academic Literacies and Languages Program.

Location: Lecture Theatre, Taylor Library basement
Note- Pearsall is the author, together with Roger Kershaw, of the National Archive's book: Family History on the Move: Where Your Ancestors Went and Why (2006). They have also published the following for the Archive:
