Dr Keating Gives Paper
Dr Michael Keating has just returned from the 2-day Political Economy of Energy in Europe and Russia (PEEER) workshop “Governing Energy in Europe and Russia”, an ESRC-funded event held at the University of Warwick on the 3rd and 4th of September. This was a return conference following on from last year’s successful Moscow workshop. Dr Keating gave a paper titled “Rule-Making in the Energy Sector: Europe at the Heart of Policy transfer” as part of a Norms and Frameworks panel, and served as chairperson/discussant on two panels - Trends and Transformations, and Policy Drivers. Over 30 people were in attendance, including a number of PhD students and early career researchers.
