Dr Keating co-edits 'Dynamics of Energy Governance in Europe and Russia'

Palgrave today announced a publication date of 16 March 2012 for Dynamics of Energy Governance in Europe and Russia, co-edited by Richmond the American International University in London's Dr Michael Keating.
Dr Keating also co-authored the introductory chapter 'Dynamics of Energy Governance in Europe and Russia: Introduction', and wrote chapter four, 'Global Best Practice(s) as Transnational Energy Governance'.
